JCR provides a ranking on the basis of factors such as impact (with a 5 year trend) , immediacy index and cited halflife for 10,000 journals. The citation information is taken from the Science Citation Index and the Social Sciences Citation Index, and is mostly used to rank the relative importance of journals with their subject categories.

RefWorks is a web-based bibliographic management service. It allows users to create personal citation databases by importing references from text files or online databases. RefWorks is similar in function to software products such as EndNote, Reference Manager, and ProCite. It differs in that personal databases are stored on the RefWorks server and can be accessed through the University Library institutional account from wherever the user happens to be.
For your first visit, you will have to create an account name and password. Once you have created an account, use Refworks from anywhere.

TRIP (=Turning Research Into Practice) is a search engine for evidence based sources. These sources are reviews from MEDLINE, guidelines, query answering services, medical images, e-textbooks, patient information leaflets and peer-reviewed journals. The content of the site is updated monthly with 300-400 articles.

A database of full text and full-page images for US patents issued from January 1976–present. 1790–1975 is only searchable by patent numbers and current US Classifications.
