sheet music collection goes back to 1943.

Large collection of medieval music manuscripts: English polyphony
up to 1550 and European polyphony till about 1450. Contains both
complete manuscripts (particularly from the UK) and fragments.

Library, digitised from microfilm. The volumes mainly consist of
partbooks of vocal polyphony, but also include some early printed
tablatures for keyboard or plucked string instruments. They include
music printed in Italy, Germany, France and England. All books have
