Sound and Vision houses one of the largest audiovisual collections
in Europe, including more than 1.000.000 hours of Dutch television,
radio, music and film material from 1898 till today. The collection
is available for research in the Media Suite.

Cinema Context is an encyclopedia on film culture in the
Netherlands from 1896 to 1960. The information can be found in four
collections, namely films, cinemas, persons and companies.

The New York Public Library (NYPL) has a number of famous

engagement of the Dutch population are part of the collection of
Sound and Vision. TV and radio ratings from 1995 onwards can be

JSTOR offers full-text access to an archive database of ca. 700
English-language journals in various disciplines. All volumes
(including the earliest) are available and can be searched in full
text; the most recent years are not included in this archive due to

Latino Literature brings together poetry, fiction and plays written
in English and Spanish by hundreds of Chicano, Cuban, Puerto Rican,
Dominican, and other Latino authors working in the United States.
Furthermore Latino Literature contains resources, such as
advertisements, flyers and programmes for plays. Latino Literature
supports not only literature scholars, but also the study of
American history, ethnic diversity, immigrations issues, and
political history.
